US Custom's House

Description: Installed a complete new fire alarm system for the 155,000 sq. ft. Historic US Customs House in Charleston, SC. AEC worked closely with general contractor and GSA to preserve the historical fabric of the building. This is the second job AEC has done that can be found in the National Historical Register.

Charles Towne Landing Redevelopment Support Facility

Description: A complete electrical and communication system for 8,500 sq. ft. support facility building with a 600-amp 120/208-volt service, lighting, branch circuits, HVAC power, and site work.

Colleton County Courthouse Renovations

Description: A complete renovation of the Historic Colleton County Courthouse originally built in the late 1800's. AEC performed all electrical work consisting of 1600-amp 120/208-volt service and equipment, custom lighting package, lighting control system, generator, fire alarm system, security raceway system, branch circuits, and HVAC feeders.
