MUSC Pharmacology/Microbiology Renovations

Description: A 27,000 sq. ft. lab, office and medical space was on the 3rd floor at MUSC's Basic Science Building. This included two (2) 277/480-volt services, 3 transformers, 19 panels, 900' wiremold, 700' cable tray, fire alarm, and branch circuits for over 700 light fixtures.

Germain Dermatology and Tenant Upfit

Description: AEC provided a 1400-amp 120/208-volt service, fire alarm and site lighting for a 22,000 sq. ft. medical building. AEC completed the tenant upfit of Dr. Germain's 14,000 sq. ft. office which included 800-amp service, exam lighting equipment, fire alarm, and a custom lighting package.

Beaufort Memorial Hospital

Description: Partial renovation of the 4th Floor to accommodate new CT Scan including loaf analysis of existing gear, new 277/480-volt feeders, lighting, X-ray floor and wall duct, nurse call, fire alarm and telecommunication system.
